I love cream shadows, especially gold toned nudes. When I was younger I had this very used up Revlon creme shadow set, of purples and pinks, I thought Revlon did not make any more like it. I stumbled across a section of these quad sets, I chose the “Not Just Nudes” and have created minimal and glam eye looks using this creme shadow set!
Here are the swatches using my fingers with only one swatch. The formula of the creme shadows are light and creamy. Since they are not a thick consistency, it is easy to blend out. I do not think it is very long lasting since it is thin and creamy. I also would not recommend this product if you have extremely oily eye lids. Since this is a cream shadow, it can be worn alone or setting it with regular eyeshadow.
Setting the creme shadow with regular eyeshadow will increase the longitivtiy of your eye look, and also transform it! I plan on creating a tutorial on using only the creme shadow and with eye shadow on top, creating a neutral or glam look.
This little quad fits my makeup needs and I can do my eyeshadow in under 3 minutes with the help with this product! It a little over 5 bucks, but I personally am happy with this purchase. If you enjoy creme shadows, and need a versatile product the Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadows may also be a HIT for you! This sure was a HIT for me.
