BECCA Champagne Glow Palette

IMG_6435I decided to get my hands on the  BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector- Pressed Champagne Glow Palette featuring Champagne Pop x Jaclyn Hilla Sephora exclusive trio. I have not purchased Champagne Pop yet, mostly because it is $40 and is not sold in any Sephora’s in my state. I figured a good way to test it out would be to purchase this trio.

IMG_6433This palette contains:
–  Luminizer in Pearl (pale linen white)

– Champagne Pop (soft white gold with pinky peach undertones)

–  Blushed Copper (warm copper infused with rose gold tones)

  • TIP: Mixing and experimenting with the shades can create many different highlighters with the three! (I like mixing champagne pop and blushed copper)

The whole palette is $34 which is cheaper than one Becca highligher. I also wanted to support Jaclyn Hill since her champagne pop is in it and is named after her, but she not create the other exclusive shades. A big controversy over this palette was if it is a rip off. Each pan contains 0.084 oz. The packaging makes them appear very large, but honestly I think it is a fine amount for only $34. Speaking of packaging.. uh AMAZING.. sleek, compact, large mirror and easy to travel with! You get 3 highlights for around $11 each. Also, how often do you hit pan on large expensive highlighters? I have many Laura Mercier’s highlighters, that still appear brand new when I use them often.

Although there is not a significant amount of product the product itself is VERY pigmented and a little goes a long way. I have used this product anywhere possible! Champagne Pop is an amazing cheek bone highlight as well as inner corner highlight. What I have been doing is adding ‘Pearl’ in the inner corner and Blushed copper on the eyes and sometimes as a blush. It seems a little excessive when putting it into words but these three shades compliment each other and don’t over power the face.

I am not disappointed with this purchase and it is still in stock! This is a great holiday palette to give to others, yourself, or just to collect 🙂 Perfect for all skin tones, and if you have been interested in highlighting/”strobing” this would be perfect beginners palette to have a good variety of! Awesome job Becca Cosmetics & Jaclyn Hill, I am completely in love with this Champagne Glow Palette!
