The essential salon day at Karma

IMG_7750I have yet to share all about my hair. I have been going to Karma Salon in Old town Scottsdale Arizona for a little over a year now. You will not find a more energetic team and relaxing but still upbeat atmosphere to get your salon fix! The layout makes everyone feel like they should when they enter any salon, taken care of. Many of my friends who have gone have said the same thing. Knowing that the stylists care about your look is what creates this successful salon. Visit their site

Their focus is on green products. Your hair, spray tan, and nail treatments will all be taken with great care. Not only that but you can get your makeup done as well. Having a down to earth salon that does it all is hard to find. Everything from products and service all bring together a “vibe that brings good karma.”

What I was hesitant to try was spray tanning and bleaching my hair. I knew I was good hands and felt comfortable to be able to experiment and have fun with hairstyles. Bleaching my hair in an form has always concerned me but Karma uses Oleplex as well great organic products. One of my favorite the salon introduced me to is Neuma hair-care products!

Spray tanning at Karma is actually a great air bush tanning technique and the consultants will make you feel extremely comfortable. I never thought I needed to try out spray tanning until I went for it! I was left with a natural beautiful sun kiss glow to add some color and life back into my skin.

Karma Salon in Scottsdale truly provides all the essentials of a salon day!

Hair & Makeup touchup done  at Karma Salon

I have been slowly going blonde for a year now, my goal is to be an ashy cool tone blonde but still trying out other looks a long the way.  I just recently cut and lightened my base. I got bangs and added lighter blonde pieces to my balayage thanks to my hairstylist Josie at Karma salon! She recently bumped up the base so I do not have black roots making it into a soft brown still with a cooler tone and ashy balayage. In my balayage Josie also added in low-lights to break it up which creates the blend from my roots through out my hair.

My current hair, just freshly done for a new Fall look!!

Here are some picture of a few of my friends who had a great experience at Karma Salon and can be seen through their fresh hair styles!

My friend Vanessa actually just got her hair done a couple months ago and I came along to see the transformation! She got a cut and color and now has a stunning full hairstyle.

Today’s look is created from a lucky shopping trip yesterday. If you did not know, Macy’s has a FreePeople section in the store! YES its true. They have great deals and the latest fashions. Their collection even includes some items from FreePeople’s November catalog. As I was bProcessed with Rookierowsing, I noticed a sale rack with a sign that said 65% off..unbelievable. I came across this lovely dress with no price on itFullSizeRender (1), I found a scanner that said the original price was $90..I purchased this dress for only $18 with the veterans day sale happening now! I paired this dress with
Knee-High socks from Target and my favorite lace up boots from Reflection. I added some jewelry a floral vest (not shown in picture) and a jean jacket. I would also style this dress with (more…)
